My Best Wholegrain Bread Ever

My hens are laying with such gusto that I am desperate for recipes using lots of eggs. So for that reason alone I changed from my usual 100% Wholewheat Bread recipe to Egg Wholegrain Bread recipe (like the other recipe it's 100% wholegrain and also found in Laurel's Bread Book).
The results are AMAZING!
I cannot believe how high the loaves rose and how gloriously tasty they are.

Ahhh...I love it when I stumble across something wonderful!
